4th Generation iPhone 4G will get 5MP Camera

OmniVision has been reported will be received a new CMOS image sensor(CIS) demand for Apple’s iPhone which this device will grow up to 45 million units in 2010 from 21 million estimate this year.

The source said the OmniVisiopn has secured 5-megapixel CIS orders for the 4th generation iPhone model, iPhone 4G. This new iPhone is expected to be available in second half of 2010. There is no word on pricing yet.
