ADATA the Taiwan manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash storage application products, has recently announced its latest external hard drive called DashDrive Elite HE720. The HE720 new portable storage device is claimed as the world’s thinnest external hard drive, with thickness just 8.9mm.
The DashDrive Elite HE720 hard drive packs in a Stainless steel case with a protective layer provide 9H scratch resistance, which prevents damage and makes the drive more durable even after long-term use. It uses USB 3.0 Superspeed interface, which offers three times faster data transfer rate than USB 2.0. It is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 interface.
The DashDrive Elite HE720 hard drive features a bright blue LED indicator to indicate power and data-transfer status, as well as the company’s popular “One touch backup” feature, which automatically backs up and synchronizes data with one easy touch.
