Archos 101 Android Tablet To Hit The Store Next Week

Archos has announced that they are going to ship their new Archos 101 Android tablet as soon as this next week. Archos is the first 10.1-inch tablet released by the PMP maker Archos, a quite powerful tablet powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 Processor. It has a capacitive touchscreen display that support 1024×600 resolution, 0.3MP front camera, 8GB/16GB internal memory and it has support 720p HD video playback.

Archos 101 Android tablet also include WiFi, Bluetooth and HDMI connectivity, and it will be running Android 2.2 FroYo for the best performance. Let’s hope it could be upgradeable to Gingerbread OS too in the future.

For the shipping price, Archos 101 Android tablet is going to cost $300 for 8GB model and $350 for 16GB model.
