According to Hardware site Asus will launch their new media player to the market soon, this new player they given named ” HDP-R1 O!Play” Media Player, but the launching day not been told yet.
Another news from technewsline news report this new HDP-R1 device will ready to purchase in European stores on July this year, the price is around €119($168). The technewsline said “It doesn’t seem as if that price nets you an internal HDD.” Its seem we must prepare to spend more money to buy this HDP-R1 O!PLay Media player.
Not only is the file format compatibility very good even in this initial firmware version, the O!Play appears to have significantly better video postprocessing than any other media player we tested until now.

The other connectors offer only the bare necessities: stereo audio, composite video, optic digital audio, HDMI. The network interface enables streaming playback from a NAS, PC or Home Server.
