Audi has recently introduced its upcoming four-seat vehicle for 2013 called RS5 Cabriolet ahead of its public debut at the Paris motor show. The Audi RS5 Cabriolet is the new series of their open-top model. It’s equipped with a lightweight soft top which can be opened in 15 seconds while traveling at speed up to 50 kmph (31mph).
The Audi RS5 powered by a 4.2-liter V8 engine with fuel stratified injection (FSI) direct injection that can pump up 450 HP and 317 lb-ft of torque. The RS5 vehicle acceleration from zero to 100km/p takes just 4.9 seconds with a maximum speed of 250 kmph (155mph).
The 2013 RS5 Cabriolet has updates its feature, and now it’s exterior comes with 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, a dual exhaust system with typical RS oval exhaust pikes, an LED-infused headlights, and matte aluminum trim. While the interior, it has leather/Alcantra sport seats, three-spoke steering wheel with flat-bottomed rim that is covered with perforated leather, metallic accents and carbon fiber trim.
2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet will hit the German market in early 2013 with a base price of €88,500 or about $112,120. Unfortunately, there is no word on availability and pricing when the RS5 arrived at the US market.
