Fantastic Print Machine by BLACKWELL

BLACKWELL had just launch their new the innovation Fantastic Print Machine on April 23,2009. This new Innovation Fantastic Print Machine has brought  a new fresh air for book buyer or book reader. Do you ever seen people to queued over night for only to buy a story or novel book such as  Harry poter, or some novel that you want to buy but it has sold out.

With BLACKWELL Print Mechine you will have your favorite book in count of minutes. Which you are prefer to choose, to que for couple hour or waiting for couple minutes. This fantastic machine, which resembles an industrial photocopier and printer, can print out 105 pages a minute, or one book every five minutes.

Currently there are 400,000 books ready to be be downloaded. Blackwell hopes that by summer, one million will be available. They has bought one of the machines for its store on Charing Cross Road in Central London, but if it is a success then more could appear at shops across the country.

Here is how the mechine work:

  1. Customer chooses a book on list or prints own by inserting CD or USB stick and then clicks on “Make Book” icon on screen
  2. Book cover printed on hard-wearing paper, and then send below to await pages.
  3. Computer receives page data and prints off text at 105 pages per minute.
  4. Page ejected from printer, collated and clamped.
  5. Bottom edges roughed up and glued together, before spine is attached to cover.
  6. A4 pages cut to required size.
  7. Finished book ejected through letterbox within five minutes.

Hi,

This may not turn out as profitable as one may think in the future, because I can already foresee similar and accessible printers like this for the home user.
It’s just a matter of time.
Just like what happened with the rest.
