Fujitsu has back with introducing its latest portable scanner called ScanSnap S1300i, that’s designed for both PC and Mac users. It offers faster scanning speeds and capable of to send and store scanned documents to Android, and Apple iOS compatible devices. This new scanner also comes with new abilities that allowed you to easily upload scans to cloud-based services such as Dropbox, Evernote, Google Docs, Salesforce Chatter, and SugarSync.
Other new features includes; Faster Scanning Performance for increasing scanning speed up to 12 double-sided color pages per minutes (ppm) or around 1.5 times faster than its predecessor; ScanSnap Folder that basically replicates ScanSnap as a Windows folder which allowed you to open from your favorite software and web applications; and Scan to Mobile, with the help of ScanSnap Connect app (free), you can send scanned paperwork to Android compatible tablets, Smartphones that running OS 2.2, and including iPad and iPhone with iOS 4.2.1 or later.
Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i portable scanner key features include, Automatic Quality to increase image resolution on small documents to ensure the fine-print on small documents, ABBYY FineReader for SnapScan to quickly transform their paperwork into editable Word, and Excel files as easy as just push on a button.
The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i currently available through Fujitsu authorized resellers for $295.
