Here is the world’s first mobile which running using Window XP, the ITG XP Phone. This ITG XP Phone is available from ITG’s site and this device has comes unlocked so you can used it at any network, although when buying you do need to specify which network you will use it on.

This ITGX XP Phone feature a QWERTY keyboard, the device made of aluminum, An AMD Mobile processor, 1GB of memory, a 4.8 inch screen with 800 x 480 pixel touchscreen, Dual drives in SSD and HDD format.
