Lenovo has introduced their thinnest nettops in the world on August 19th, 2009 “the IdeaCenter Q100 and IdeaCenter Q110 nettop. The IdeaCenter coming with two colors : Shiny White and Shiny Black.
The Q100: The IdeaCentre Q100 competes the collection of new digital lifestyle device and stands out with a stylish shiny black and shiny white patterned design. These tiny PCs measure 0.7 inches thin, making them the thinnest nettops yet at just the size of a small book. The nettops feature a lowly single-core 1.6 GHz Atom 230 Processor, 1GB of memory RAM, a 160GB hard disk drive, SiS Mirage 3 integrated graphics, Gigabit Ethernet, an 802.11b/g Wi-Fi dongle and a D-Sub output.
The Q110: has the same shape, size and color options as the Q100 and is also equipped with an Atom 230 CPU, but has 2GB of RAM, a 250GB HDD, GeForce 9400 integrated Ion graphics with 1080p HDMI connectivity. The IdeaCenter Q110 also has Gigabit Ethernet, an 802.11b/g Wi-Fi dongle. Both nettops will be available with Windows XP Home or Vista Home Premium.
According to Lenovo, the IdeaCentre Q100 and Q110 will start selling in mid-September and cost about $249 and $349, respectively.
