Libratone the Copenhagen-based audio company which has launched their latest audio speakers, the Live and Lounge AirPlay capable speakers last year. Now The company has back with introducing its newest portable wireless speaker called Zipp. This new wireless speaker comes with the Company’s latest technology called PlayDirect to provide the performance and convenience of AirPlay, which is fully integrated into the speaker so you can stream your iTunes library wirelessly without the need for a Wi-Fi network and complicated setup.
The Libratone Zipp wireless speaker is powered by a rechargeable battery, which means you can take your new Zipp speakers outdoor and play it anywhere and anytime as you like. The battery in fully charged condition can provide up to four hours of wireless music playback or up to eight hours of playtime with a wired connection.
The Libratone Zipp portable AirPlay Speaker has two 1-inch ribbon-based tweeters and one 4-inch bass drive units, and full digital amplification to deliver 60W of total output. The Zipp wireless speaker equipped with FullRoom technology that enable the device to create a 360-degree sound experience. It supports a USB port for direct playback from your iPad, iPhone, or iPod and a 3.5mm audio jack for playing music from other audio sources.
The Libratone Zipp will be available in various rainbow color collections such as Salty Grey, Pepper Black, Pineapple Yellow, Raspberry Red, Passion Pink, Plum Purple, Petrol Blue and Icy Blue. The Salty Grey or raspberry Red is sold exclusively at Apple stores or the Apple online for $399 starting this month.
Libratone Zipp AirPlay Speaker also available in 3-pack-color boxes with two extra wool zip-on covers, The Classic Color Collection features Libratone Zipp in Pepper Black, Petrol Blue & Raspberry Red. Other colors includes Pepper Black, Passion Pink & Pineapple Yellow covers. All these collection boxes are available this month with price at $449.
