Pagani Announces to Release Pagani Huayra Sport Car in US Market Next Year

Pagani Automobili the Italian manufacturer of sport cars, and carbon fibre has recently announced to release its latest vehicle, Pagani Huayra (the mid-engine sport car) in the US market next year (around June 2013). This new sport car is powered by Mercedes-AMG M158 6.0 liter twin-turbo V12 engine that generates 710PS (522 kW) and 1000Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque. As is the case for most supercar manufacturers, the U.S. is still the most important market, though China and the Middle East are close on its heels. Emphasizing that importance, Pagani has already presented the Huayra at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance twice, first in 2011 and again this year.


At the most-recent event, Horacio Pagani reaffirmed his company’s plans to start deliveries of the Huayra by the middle of 2013.


Pagani Huayra sport car comes with XTRAC 7-speed sequential transmission, and it offer acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.2 seconds, and it can reach a maximum speed of 378 km/h (235 mph).

According to latest news, Pagani will produce only 15 units for the US market.
