A new robot has been developed by ATR(Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute), the Robovie mR2 robot. This cute and small robot enough to fit on your desk, with 30cm tall and 2kg of weighting.
The Robovie mR2 come with an iPod Touch as it heart, which mean this cute robot can be controlled when you insert you iPod Touch into its heart(via wifi or by touching the iPod touch screen).
The Robovie mR2 come with a CCD camera, two microphone, a speakers for communication and animated eyes. Until I post this article the ATR has not confirmed whenever they will make this cute robot available.
