Samsung Blue Earth The Eco-Friendly Phones

Anew Eco-friendly product comes from Samsung, yesterday Samsung has announced the Samsung Blue Earth, an environmentally friendly mobile phone with full touchscreen facilities.

The Samsung Blue Earth has combined the latest multimedia features and stylish design harmoniously,while achieving lower energy consumption and incorporating eco-friendly materials. Samsung with their new eco friendly product has reinforced its commitment to protecting the environment through the design of eco-friendly products and a program of activities for its customers.

Samsung Blue Earth comes with a Solar cell at the rear of the phone, it will provide you  around 10 to 14 hours with a full solar charge on stanby mode and will provide you enough power for around four hours of talk time. The handset can still be charged normally using a conventional plug, with the solar panels used to top up the battery during use.

Samsung Blue Earth is launching in Sweden In October, but it will soon be launching in Austria, Asia, European, France, German, Italy and Portugal. There is no word on pricing yet.
