Rubik’s Cube the never ending story, now this puzzle game come back with new face and for new users. The previous Rubik’s game which always identical with normal people games.
But this time we must thanks to Zhiliang Chen, with his innovation of Touch and Play Rubik’s Cube, now the blind people also can play this game with well, as simple as touching on its surface. Because one Rubik’s Cube face made with different texture and materials such as wood, metal, rubber, plastic, stone, and textile.
The reason using these materials are :
- Wood for the warm feel,
- Metal for a cold touch,
- Rubber that gives a soft sensation,
- Plastic, which is hard to feel,
- Stone which is tough and
- Textile surface for the “clothy” feel.
Unfortunately this Touch and Play not commercially available, if you want one its seem you must contact the designer first, who knows if the demand so high he will made consideration to produce it widely.

I would be interested in purchasing the Touch and Play Rubik cube. Do you sell them? I have a friend about 63 that has been blind for about 5 years and she is so bored but very very smart. This would be interesting for her.
